Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I received an email after ordering that most transmissions ship within 10-15 business days. After 30 days of waiting, I called in and was told that the email was inaccurate but my transmission would ship early the following week. When that did not happen, I called back and spoke to JC who told me that it would ship on Thursday of that week. JC was very rude on the phone and explained that there was nothing he could do. He said that the emails that go out are a pain in the *** for HIM because then people like ME call in to complain to him about transmissions being late. Probably the worst customer service attitude you could have. Offered no solutions at all. I called back after it did not ship on Thursday and received JC again who told me that they had to take the builder off of my transmission because something more urgent came up and he would get to it Monday. Monday (38 days after my order was placed) they called me and asked me to send pictures of my current transmission. So not only did my transmission not ship in the 10-15 days, after 3 phone calls they did nothing speed up the process and gave me 2 more inaccurate ship dates.

User's recommendation: Do business anywhere else.
